पीएमएलए प्रावधानों और ईडी को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर से सख्त टिप्पणी की हैं..... सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 26 सितंबर 2024 को एक सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि संवैधानिक अदालतें धनशोधन निवारण अधिनियम यानी पीएमएलए के प्रावधानों को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय यानी ED के लिए ऐसा माध्यम बनाने की अनुमति नहीं दे सकती.... जिससे लोगों को लंबे समय तक कैद में रखा जा सके..... इन विशेष कानूनों के इस्तेमाल पर अहम टिप्पणी करते हुए हैं शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि मुकदमे के जल्द निपटारे की शर्त को PMLA, UAPA और NDPS जैसे कानूनों में भी शामिल किया जाना चाहिए....
