उन्नाव रेप केस में बीजेपी से निकाले गए विधायक कुलदीप सेंगर को दोषी करार दिया गया है.... तीस हजारी कोर्ट में में आज सेंगर की सजा पर बहस होगी..... माना जा रहा है कि आज ही सजा का ऐलान किया जा सकता है.....दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने सोमवार को उन्नाव जिले के पूर्व विधायक कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर को दुष्कर्म के मामले में दोषी करार दिया. बीजेपी सेंगर को पार्टी से निष्कासित कर चुकी है. कोर्ट ने इसी मामले में सेंगर की सहयोगी शशि सिंह को बरी कर दिया था.....सेंगर के खिलाफ अपराध सिद्ध हो जाने पर दोषी को न्यूनतम 7 साल और अधिकतम 10 साल की कड़ी सजा दिए जाने का प्रावधान है... कई दुर्लभ मामलों में दोषी को उम्रकैद की सजा भी जा सकती है. इसके अलावा आर्थिक जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है.
