जोगेंद्रनगर। एक घर ऐसा जहां नां बिजला ना पानी घर भी गिरने के कगार पर... घर में रहने वाला शख्स जैसे तैसे जिंदगी की गाड़ी खींच रहा है। ये दास्तां हिमाचल हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिला के जोगिंदरनगर की बदेहड़ के निवासी कृष्ण कुमार की है। कृष्ण कुमार के माता पिता का देहांत हो चुका है व पिछले 5 साल से अकेला रहे रहा। वह दिहाडी़ मजदूरी व इधर-उधर बिखरी प्लास्टिक व शीशे की बोतलें बेचकर गुजारा कर लेता है। कभी-कभी इधर -उधर लोग खाना खिला देते हैं। दूसरी तरफ घर की जर्जर स्थिति है। मकान ऐसा कि कभी भी मकान गिर सकता है, जहां ना ही बिजली की सुविधा है, ना ही पानी ,ना ही अन्य सुविधाएं।
