Voting for the Himachal Assembly is being held today. Former CM Shanta Kumar casts vote in Palampur. After casting his vote, Shanta Kumar said that he is confident of BJP's victory. But in the meantime, he also expressed concern over the rebel leaders of BJP.
Shanta said that it is not known who will win the freedom, who will defeat whom.
