Kurkuri Bhindi (Okra)

INGREDIENTS
Okra - 300 grams
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 50 grams
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Slice off the crown and base tip of each okra. Cut it into halves in lengthwise.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams chopped okra, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt and 50 grams corn flour.
3. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet.Deep fry till brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
