Incline Bench Press
4 sets of 8 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press
3 sets of 12 reps

Incline Dumbbell Fly
3 sets of 12 reps

Flat Bench Press
4 sets of 8 reps

Flat Dumbbell Press
3 sets of 12 reps

Flat Dumbbell Fly
3 sets of 12 reps

Dumbbell Pull-over
4 sets of 8 reps

Aim for quality workout with focused reps!
