We came across lots of scenarios where people like to train 3 muscles in a same workout. These kind of workout lasts minimum of 1.5hr.

In this video we trained Shoulders with biceps and triceps. We carefully picked certain exercises for this workout that can give you INSANE PUMP throughout the session.

Following is what we performed in this workout.

Seated Shoulder press USING DUMBBELLS
2 sets of 12 reps

Arnold Press
4 sets of 8 reps

Front Raises USING EZ CURL BAR
4 sets of 12 reps

Side Raises
3 sets of 15 reps

Dumbbell Shrugs
4 sets of 10 reps

Alternate Dumbbell Curl
3 sets of 12 reps

3 sets of 21's USING EZ CURL BAR

Bicep Curl USING STRAIGHT BAR
4 sets of 8 reps

Triceps Push Down
5 sets of 15 reps

Triceps Overhead Extension
4 sets of 8 reps

Skull Crushers
4 sets of 10 reps
