When a group of writers and poets of the country have set out on a journey staging poems. For the last 5 years, the Himalayan Literature, Culture and Environment Forum has been organizing this kind of journey in the memory of Baba Bhalku on the heritage track to remember the contribution made by Baba Bhalku to make the Shimla-Kalka track.
