ഒരാഴ്ചമുമ്പ് മുനമ്പത്തുനിന്നും പുറപ്പെട്ട സംഘം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സമുദ്രാതിർത്തി കടന്നു
മുനമ്പം തീരത്തുനിന്നും സ്തീകളും കുട്ടികളുമടക്കം 230 പേരുമായി ന്യൂസിലൻഡിലേക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ട മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് സംഘം ഇൻഡൊനീഷ്യൻതീരത്തേക്ക് നീങ്ങുന്നതായി പോലീസിന് സൂചന ലഭിച്ചു.
ബോട്ടിൽ കരുതിയിട്ടുള്ള ഭക്ഷ്യവസ്തുക്കളും ഇന്ധനശേഖരവും തീർന്നുതുടങ്ങിയതാണ് ഇതിന് കാരണമാണെന്ന് പോലീസ് കരുതുന്നു.ഒരാഴ്ചമുമ്പ് മുനമ്പത്തുനിന്നും പുറപ്പെട്ട സംഘം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സമുദ്രാതിർത്തി കടന്നു. കൊച്ചിയിൽനിന്ന് ന്യൂസീലൻഡിലേക്ക് കടൽമാർഗം 11,470 കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരമുണ്ട്. 47 ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി സഞ്ചരിച്ചാലേ ന്യൂസീലൻഡ് തീരത്തെത്തൂ. ബോട്ടിൽ ഒറ്റയടിക്ക് ഇത്രയും ദൈർഘ്യമേറിയ യാത്ര പ്രായാസമായതിനാലാകണം ഇൻഡൊനീഷ്യ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കാൻ കാരണമെന്ന് പോലീസ് കരുതുന്നു.
ഡൽഹിയിലെ അംബേദ്കർ കോളനി, ചെെെന്ന എന്നിവടങ്ങളിൽനിന്നുള്ള ശ്രീലങ്കൻ അഭയാർഥികൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവരാണ് മുനന്പംവഴി കടൽ കടന്നത്.
സംഭവത്തിൽ വിദേശ അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികളുടെ സഹകരണം തേടാൻ കേരള പോലീസ് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിന് അന്താരാഷ്ട്രബന്ധം സംശയിക്കുന്നതിനാലാണ് ഈ നീക്കം. അന്വേഷണപുരോഗതി കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാരിനെ ഔദ്യോഗികമായി അറിയിച്ചു. നയതന്ത്ര ഇടപടലുകൾക്കുള്ള നടപടിക്രമങ്ങളും ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇതുവരെനടന്ന അന്വേഷണറിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ കേന്ദ്ര ഏജൻസികൾക്കും കൈമാറി.
മുന്പും കേരളത്തിൽ മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങളുണ്ടായെന്ന വിവരത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അക്കാര്യങ്ങളും പരിശോധിക്കും. കൊല്ലം കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചുനടന്ന ഈ ശ്രമങ്ങളുടെ കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുകയാണ്. മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിന്റെ സൂത്രധാരൻ ശ്രീകാന്തന്റെ വൈങ്ങാനൂർ ചാവടിനടയിലെ വീട്ടിൽ പോലീസ് പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. തമിഴിൽ എഴുതിയ ചില രേഖകൾ പോലീസ് അവിെടനിന്ന് കണ്ടെടുത്തു. വീട്ടിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയ നാണയക്കിഴികൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചും പോലീസ് വിവരങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
ശ്രീകാന്തന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ നടന്ന പരിശോധനയിൽ സ്വിസ് ബാങ്ക് നിക്ഷേപരേഖകൾ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.
കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം കൂടുതൽ പരിശോധനകൾ നടത്തിയെങ്കിലും മറ്റു രേഖകളൊന്നും ലഭിച്ചില്ല. ആറ് പാസ്പോർട്ടുകൾ, ഒട്ടേറെ ബാങ്ക് പാസ് ബുക്കുകൾ, ചെക്കുകൾ, ആധാരങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയാണ് കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് കേസിൽ അറസ്റ്റിലായ ഇയാളുടെ കൂട്ടാളി അനിൽകുമാറിനെ വെങ്ങാനൂരിൽ എത്തിച്ച് തെളിവെടുക്കുന്നത്.

മുനമ്പം മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് കേസിൽ രണ്ടുപേര്‍ കസ്റ്റഡിയില്‍. ദീപക് ,പ്രഭു ദണ്ഡപാണി എന്നിവരാണ് ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ പൊലീസിന്‍റെ പിടിയിലായത്. രണ്ടുപേരേയും ഇന്നുതന്നെ കേരളത്തിലെത്തിക്കും. ഇവരുടെ പക്കൽ വേണ്ടത്ര തുക ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പോകാൻ സാധിക്കാതിരുന്നത്.അതേസമയം ദീപകിന്‍റെ ഭാര്യയും കുഞ്ഞും യാത്രാസംഘത്തിലുണ്ട്.കേസിൽ ബോട്ടുടമ അനിൽകുമാറിനെ പൊലീസ് നേരത്തെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.മുനമ്പം മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിൽ വിദേശത്തേക്ക് കടന്നതായി സംശയിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഡൽഹിയിലെ വീടുകളിൽ പൊലീസ് തിരച്ചിൽ നടത്തിയിരുന്നു.
ആസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിലേക്ക് കടന്നെന്ന് സംശയിക്കുന്ന വിഷ്ണു കുമാറിന്റതടക്കമുള്ള വീടുകളിലാണ് തിരച്ചിൽ നടത്തിയത്.
മുനമ്പം ഹാർബറിൽ നിന്ന് മത്സ്യബന്ധന ബോട്ടില്‍ സ്ത്രീകളും കുട്ടികളുമടക്കം നാല്‍പതോളം പേർ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലേക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ടത്. അധികഭാരം ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ യാത്രക്കാര്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച ബാഗുകള്‍ തീരത്ത് കണ്ടെത്തിയതോടെയാണ് മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിനെക്കുറിച്ച് പൊലീസിന് വിവരം ലഭിച്ചത്.

80 പേരുടെ പട്ടികയാണ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആറ് ദിവസം പ്രായമുള്ള നവജാതശിശു അടക്കം 22 കുട്ടികൾ സംഘത്തിലുണ്ടെന്നാണ് പൊലീസിന്‍റെ വിലയിരുത്തല്‍. ശ്രീലങ്കൻ അഭയാർത്ഥി കുടുംബങ്ങളും തമിഴ് നാട്ടുകാരുമാണ് പട്ടികയിലുള്ളത്.
കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ ഉള്ളവരുടെ മൊഴിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ആളുകളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞത് . ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലെ ക്രിസ്മസ് ദ്വീപ് ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിയാണ് ഇവര്‍ കടന്നതെന്നാണ് പൊലീസിന്‍റെ നിഗമനം. നേരെത്തെ പോയവർ ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിൽ ജോബ് പെർമിറ്റ്‌ നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലുള്ളവര്‍ മൊഴി നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിന് പിന്നിലുള്ള ശ്രീകാന്തനും സെല്‍വനുമടക്കമുള്ള പത്ത് ഇടനിലക്കാരെ പൊലീസ് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്.
കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഏകോപിപ്പിച്ചതില്‍ പങ്കുണ്ടെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത പ്രഭുവിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും. ബോട്ടിൽ കയറി ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലേക്ക് കടക്കാൻ പരാജയപ്പെട്ട പ്രഭുവിനെ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസമാണ് പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തത്.
സാധനങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങാന്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍ ബോട്ട് പുറപ്പെട്ടതിനാല്‍ പ്രഭുവിന് ബോട്ടില്‍ കയറാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രഭുവിന്‍റെ മകളും ഭാര്യയും ബോട്ടില്‍ പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ദില്ലിയില്‍ പണം പിരിക്കാനും ആളെ കൂട്ടാനും പ്രഭുവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പ്രഭുവിനൊപ്പം ദീപക് എന്നയാളെയും പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തിരുന്നു.

മുനമ്പം ഹാര്‍ബര്‍ വഴി നാൽപതുപേരെ വിദേശത്തേയ്ക്ക് അനധികൃതമായി കടത്തിൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച മത്സ്യ ബന്ധന ബോട്ട് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു. ആന്ധ്ര, കോവളം സ്വദേശികളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള ദേവമാതാ എന്ന ബോട്ടിലാണ് ആളുകളെ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലേക്ക് കടത്തിയതെന്ന് ആലുവ റൂറൽ എസ്‍പി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഹാര്‍ബറിനു സമീപത്തെ ആളൊഴിഞ്ഞ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഏതാനും ബാഗുകള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച നിലയിൽ നാട്ടുകാര്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നു. ബാഗുകളിൽ നിന്ന് വസ്ത്രങ്ങളും ഉണക്കിയ പഴങ്ങളും ഫോട്ടോകളും വിമാനടിക്കറ്റുകളും പോലീസ് കണ്ടെടുത്തു. ഇതേത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് സംഭവം മനുഷ്യക്കടത്താണന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള സൂചനകള്‍ ലഭിച്ചത്. സ്ത്രീകളും കുട്ടികളുമടങ്ങുന്ന 40 പേരുടെ സംഘം ബോട്ട് വഴി ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലേയ്ക്ക് കടന്നത്.ബോട്ടിലെ ഭാരം കുറയ്ക്കാനായി ഇവര്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോയ ബാഗുകളിൽ നിന്നാണ് സംഭവത്തെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ലഭിച്ചത്. ഇവര്‍ പത്തുപേരടങ്ങുന്ന ചെറുസംഘങ്ങളായി സമീപത്തെ റിസോര്‍ട്ടുകളിൽ താമസിച്ചിരുന്നതായി പോലീസ് കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സംഘത്തിലെ ചിലര്‍ വിമാനമാര്‍ഗം ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്ന് എത്തിയതായും പോലീസ് കണ്ടെത്തി. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഒരു തമിഴ്നാട് സ്വദേശിയുടെ ബോട്ട് പതിവിലും കൂടുതൽ ഇന്ധനം നിറച്ചതായും കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലേയ്ക്ക് കടന്നത് ശ്രീലങ്കയിൽ നിന്നും തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ളവരാണെന്നാണ് പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം. സംഭവത്തിനു പിന്നിൽ രാജ്യാന്തര സംഘമുണ്ടെന്നാണ് പോലീസിന്‍റെ വിലയിരുത്തൽ.ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലെ കുടിയേറ്റ അനുകൂല നിയമമാണ് ഇവരെ മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിന് പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് പോലീസ് വിശദമാക്കുന്നത്. 27 ദിവസം ബോട്ടിൽ സഞ്ചരിച്ചാൽ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലെത്താം. മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഐബി അന്വേഷണം പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ അവധിക്കാലത്ത് കുട്ടികളെ ഓഫീസില്‍ കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിനെതിരെ സംസ്ഥാന മനുഷ്യവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്‍.സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ കുട്ടികളെ അവധിക്കാലത്ത് ഓഫീസില്‍ കൊണ്ടിരുത്തുന്നതു മൂലം ഓഫീസ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്റെ താളം തെറ്റുന്നതായി കമ്മിഷന്‍ അക്ടിംഗ് അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ പി. മോഹന്‍ദാസ് വിലയിരുത്തി. ഇതു തടയുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി ഇതിനെതിരെ ഉത്തരവിറക്കണമെന്നാണ് മനുഷ്യവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശം. 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ നപടി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഫയല്‍ ചെയാനും കമ്മീഷന്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മനുഷ്യവകാശ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായ ഷെഫിന്‍ കവടിയാര്‍ നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് കമ്മീഷന്‍ വിഷയത്തില്‍ ഇടപെടുന്നത്.
